What kind of programs does Little Silver Lacrosse offer? 

Boys K-2 Soft Lacrosse Clinic
Boys K-2 Full Gear Clinic
Girls K-2 Clinic
Boys/Girls 3rd-8th competitive program that included weekly practice, games vs other programs and possible additional local tournaments.

When does registration open and close?

Registration will open on January 10, 2019.
A late fee of $100 will be enforced for anyone who registers after February 1, 2019. 
Registration will close on February 11, 2019 for grades 3rd-8th-- NO EXCEPTIONS!
Registration will close on March 31, 2019 for the K-2nd program. 

How long is the season?

Depending on the weather, the program is expected to begin end of March and finish in early June.

Do players need prior lacrosse experience to join Little Silver Lacrosse?

No prior experience or familiarity with lacrosse is necessary. New players start the sport every year at every grade level. 

Do you have to try out?

No, there are no try outs. 
If there are enough players for 2 teams in the 3rd-8th grade program, coaches will evaluate players and split them into teams.

Do I need my own equipment?

Yes, all players are required to wear protective gear. The boys require a stick, gloves, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads and a mouth guard.  The girls will need to be equipped with a stick, goggles and a mouth guard.

What are the costs and fees associated with playing for Little Silver Lacrosse?


Boys/Girls K - 2nd clinic (Cost $75)- Reversible pinnie provided for 2019 season.
Boys/Girls 3rd-8th (Cost $200)- Uniform Tank required to purchase for 2019 season & can be reused for future seasons.


Boys/Girls 3rd-8th- Mandatory Uniform Tank ($25)  
Boys Equipment- The boys require a stick, gloves, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads and a mouth guard (approximately $220-$240). 
Girls Equipment-The girls will need to be equipped with a stick, goggles and a mouth guard (approximately $100).  

For the 2020 Season, 3rd-8th uniform tanks will need to be purchased for  NEW PLAYERS ONLY entering our 3rd-8th programs or any returning players who need a replacement.


Where can I purchase Equipment?

Little Silver Lacrosse will be hosting SWAP & SHOP SALE in early March. Drop off gear to donate or come shop!  Date/Location to be announced shortly

New equipment can be purchased from any sports retailer.  Some local options are Lacrosse Unlimited in Red Bank, Athlete's Alley in Shrewsbury or Dick's Sporting Goods in Eatontown.
